Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu

Are you a Star Wars fan? Do you eagerly wait for the next offering from the franchise? We ventured to our local theater this weekend to see Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu on the big screen.

If you are a fan of The Mandalorian, you will enjoy seeing how the bond between Mando and Grogu has evolved. Grogu still provides comic relief during tense situations while remaining an integral part of the team.

You won't see the light saber action that has become synonymous with Star Wars in this movie, but you will see plenty of life and death decision making. You will also learn what has become of the Hutts  without Jabba as their leader. Much of the movie focuses on Mando's quest to locate Ratta--Jabba's son and heir.

If you think you recognize Ratta's voice, you just might. Especially if you are a fan of The Bear or Shameless. Jeremy Alan White lends his vocal talents to the character of Ratta. Pedro Pascal has returned as Mando. Sigourney Weaver and Martin Scorsese also bring their talents to The Mandalorian and Grogu.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the movies. Of course, we've seen pretty much everything Star Wars related, and my husband even reads the books. He also has been known to voice his thoughts regarding how far from canon some of the more recent offerings have strayed. (Don't get him started on Kylo Ren.)

Anyway, if you are curious regarding what happens with Mando, Grogu, Ratta, and the other Hutts, you'll have to see Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu to find out. Other than the movie violence you've come to expect from Star Wars, and a few minor language moments, I would say it's a good choice for the whole family.
