How do you spend your down time? Are you a homebody, or do you find yourself going out on the town alone or with friends? Either way, I'm here to help you find new ways to enjoy your time. Whether you choose to binge watch a great show, go to a movie, listen to music, venture to a local concert, or read a good book, my hope is that some of my suggestions will be new to you.
My name is Kiki. I'm a wife, mom, Mimi, writer, and entertainment lover from the Deep South. I'm a bookaholic who loves a good movie or show. I'm also a musician's wife who listens to a variety of music old and new. We love binge watching television shows, finding a new movie to watch at home, or taking in a show at the theater (theatre?). We also love games--both board games and video games. So, whatever your entertainment pleasure, this is the place to find options for your favorite genre.
My goal is to introduce you to some of my favorites old and new in the hopes that you will enjoy them too. You will find family friendly shows from Pure Flix or Angel Network interspersed with main-stream media options. Those particular posts will be off-shoots of my Kiki's Pure Flix Picks on my husbands weekly radio show--The Edge with Munky--which can be found on Gospel Rockin Radio online every Thursday at 2:00 p.m. central time. I will give you my honest thoughts about the things we watch or listen to, and I plan to take your suggestions for things we might enjoy as well.
The plan is to publish at least one review each week. Some weeks there may be additional posts. Of course, life can occasionally get in the way of plans. You know, "The best laid plans of mice and men..." and all of that. Hopefully, it won't take me long to find my groove and get a good rhythm to my posts.
